- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I am a new patient with a number of medical issues that need fairly urgent attention. I found all the staff including Dr Shaw who saw me as the Duty Doctor to be kind , helpful and extremely professional . I can understand that patients under pressure themselves may not appreciate the pressures within a Medical Practice .
