- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪On arriving early for my appointment this morning my therapist had not arrived. She arrived as my treatment was due to start and took herself to the back room with another member of staff. They then continued to discuss their personal situations leaving me in reception perfectly able to hear them. After waiting over 10 minutes after my appointment time I decided to leave. At no time did anyone come out to see me, excuses themselves for a few minutes or even consider that they have a client waiting. Once I was in the car on my way back home I had a call from the therapist. Who was the owner. I explained how unprofessional I thought they were and really not happy. To try and rectify the situation they offered me a free treatment. I declined and will not be going back.by Angela MoodyJanuary 17, 2017
